Zenergy does request 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments.  I know that things happen but please abide, and know that you can also confirm online and through automated texts. If it is your first time in try and come 10- 15 minutes early for your consultation, and to fill out client forms.

Masks may be required during the duration of Covid, and I may send you an email prior to your massage on what kind of precautions that I am taking. It is also in your best interest to drink extra water before and after a massage!

I do reserve the right to charge 1/2 the cost of your appointment that day in the event of a "no call/no show." Please also note that Zenergy Bodywork practices in Birmingham, Alabama (Vestavia) as I've had some issues with online ordering from out of state. If you have made an error and bought a gift intended for a different Zenergy elsewhere please contact me by the end of the day. I will refund less 3.5% of the amount charged if it is past end of day to cover the businesses transaction fees. Thank you so much for understanding (this hardly ever happens but unfortunately there's only so much I can do if you have purchased from the wrong company).
